Woodpeckers
An Cork woodpecker and a Dublin woodpecker were in Cork arguing about which county had the toughest trees to peck.
The Cork woodpecker said they had a tree that no woodpecker can peck.
The Dublin woodpecker challenged him and was able to peck a hole in the tree with no problem.
The Cork woodpecker was in awe. The Dublin woodpecker challenged the Cork woodpecker to peck a tree in Dublin no woodpecker has been able to peck successfully.
The Cork woodpecker expressed confidence that he could do it.
After flying to Dublin and successfully pecking the tree in Dublin, the two woodpeckers couldn't figure out why the Dublin woodpecker was able to peck the Cork tree and the Cork woodpecker was able to peck the Dublin tree when neither one was able to peck the tree in their own county.
After thinking for some time they both came to the same conclusion:
Your pecker is always harder when you're away from home.
